​The slot you are going to book is for 1 hour/1 Pet and the we charge 400/-. This is a dedicated slot to you and no other pets and people will be in the primises. If you have more than one pet, If you want to celebrate your pet's birthday party, If you want to conduct an event and if you are looking for a therapy package, Please contact us for additional discount. 
 

Once you book a slot you will find PAY NOW link below to "pending confirmation" and you have to complete the payment process to get the slot confirmed. 

Note: The slot will be available to other users till you make a successful payment for the slot and the slot will be confirmed whoever is paying first.
 

Once the slot has been confirmed, you will not be able to cancel and re-schedule it on some other day. But you could re-schedule on the same day based on the availability.
 

You should not feed anything 2 hours before to swim, during the swimming. after 1 hour the swimming for safty of the pet
 

In case if your pet spoiled the water (Puke,Potty etc,) you will be chrage 1000/-.
 

In case of unavoidable circumstances, if we have to cancel the your slots your money will be reimbursed or you can choose another slot based on the availablity.
 

The slot is exactly for one hour for one pet family, So please try to reach swimming pool 5 mins before your start time.
